Payments
We except visa/master card via online invoicing (we will email you the credit/card checkout invoice). Sorry no PayPal!
We do not consider unpaid transactions completed and ready for packing! The sooner we receive the payment the sooner we will process/pack your order!
Sales Tax
All in state sales and pick-ups are subject to 7% NJ sales tax!
Shipping
All pick ups are by appointment only! All our items are ready for pick up at close of auctions/sales.
Any provided approximate quotes are for blanket wrap delivery service only. Buyer is responsible for arranging the pick up of items to be delivered via blanket wrap service. After the end of auction/sale we will provide you with the contact information of the shipper/s most suitable for your destination. If using shipper of your choice please make sure they can provide a bill of lading at the point of pick up. For blanket wrap deliveries the buyer must pay the actual shipping fee to the shipper directly.
Our exact quotes include insurance, professional packing (with plenty of cushioning/bubble wrap etc.), and is to be paid when paying for the item. If using a shipping company of your choice, be sure they will properly package for shipping and items will be insured. Please understand that all shipping is third party and we cannot be responsible for delays and things beyond our control. In case of damage its the buyers responsibility to file an insurance claim for the sake of a fast and effective reimbursement.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your item, please make sure that you can return it in the same condition as purchased, we will issue a full refund for undamaged/unused merchandise excluding any shipping fees. If we receive it in a condition different from the original, we will resell the item and issue the refund equal to the final sale price. Thank you!
